I lost my phone in my home and call Cspire to report it and have no problem with getting it deactivate and switched to my old phone. I founded my phone about two week later and called to get it back activate and was told they couldn't talk to me because my name wasn't on the list,but was talked to the first time without calling the account holder, so their rep Danielle called the account holder got permission to talk to me and advise now i could make changes to my line without any problems.

I asked to switch my phone back to my founded phone and she come with the account holder will have to come in and show her license to have phone turn back on after she just told me i could make change to my line. i asked for her full name she refused to gave asked for her id number claim she didn't have one , asked for a manager she put Patton on the line saying he a supervisor that didn't know anything i asked for corporate number, no help he did willing offer is id number 29928, i then asked if Danielle have a id number he said yes and gave me 35036 i then asked why would she say she doesn't have one , he come with she must didn't know she had one refused to give me the web site for complaints number for corporate just not helpful at all then had me on hold for about 15 minutes saying trying t o see if he could get someone to override this nonsense about account holder have to come in to show license.i told him i would find the information myself.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
